Wij besteden in onze lessen aandacht aan:
– Bewustwording van basistechnieken en het gevoel hierachter
– Bewustwording van het menselijk lichaam en geest
– Basistechnieken toepassen in shines en partnering
– Connectie met jezelf en de danspartner
– Plezier combineren met leren
– Thema’s zoals verbinding, vertrouwen, ontdekken, spanning/ ontspanning, social dansen, en kennis en begrip van salsamuziek en cultuur.
Door je bewust te worden van deze verschillende aspecten van de dans en cultuur zal je gegarandeerd meer genieten en ontspannen op de dansvloer!
Hoe werken wij?
Wij maken in onze lessen onderscheid tussen drie onderdelen van salsa dansen: fundamentals, shines en partnering. Je kunt zelf bepalen of je een complete les wil volgen, of kiest voor losse onderdelen.
De lesindeling:
19:00 – 20:00 Fundamentals
– Belangrijke fundering voor alle andere lessen/onderdelen
– Word een betere danser in het algemeen
– Word bewust van je lichaam en geest
20:00 – 21:00 Shines
– Direct toepasbaar op de dansvloer
– Ontwikkel je zelfvertrouwen
– Sta letterlijk sterk in eigen je schoenen
– Ontwikkel je creativiteit, identiteit en muzikaliteit
21:00 – 22:00 Partnering
– Leer essentiële partneringtechnieken
– Ontdek je eigen persoonlijkheid in dans
– Aandacht voor zowel dames als heren
– Leer de visie achter social dancing
Voor wie?
Development > Je hebt de basisstructuren van salsa onder de knie en bent op zoek naar verdieping. Hoe, waarom en wanneer werkt alles zoals het werkt? Wat zit er achter die structuren? Richtlijn: 1 tot 3 jaar danservaring
Kosten & inschrijven
Je kunt zelf kiezen hoeveel uur per week je danst:
1 uur per week: € 39 per 4 weken
2 uur per week: € 69 per 4 weken
3 uur per week: € 99 per 4 weken
Onbeperkt reguliere lessen: €129 (+ 50% korting op workshops) per 4 weken
We werken uitsluitend met automatische incasso.

New Salsa classes on Mondays!
??Due to popular demand we start a new class – starting July 5th, you can follow salsa on2 classes at Poetic Motion on Monday nights!
In our classes, we pay attention to:
-Awareness of the basic techniques and the feeling of it
-Awareness of the human body and mind
-Applying basic techniques to shines and partnering
-Connection with yourself and your dance partner
-A combination of having fun and learning
-Themes such as connection, trust, discovering, tension/relaxation, social dancing, and knowledge and understanding of salsa music and culture.
By becoming aware of these different aspects of the dance and culture, you will guaranteed have more fun and feel more relaxed on the dance floor!
How do we work?
In our classes, we distinguish three elements of salsa dancing: fundamentals, shines and partnering. You can choose if you want to follow a complete class, or if you choose separate elements.

19:00 – 20:00 Fundamentals
– Important foundation for all the other classes/aspects
– Become a better dancer in general
– Become aware of your body and mind
20:00 – 21:00 Shines
– Directly applicable on the dance floor
– Develop your confidence
– Literally stand stronger
– Develop your creativity, identity and musicality
21:00 – 22:00 Partnering
– Learn essential partnering techniques
– Discover your own personality in dance
– Attention to both the ladies and men
– Learn the vision behind social dancing
For whom?
Development > You have made the basic structures of salsa your own and are looking for more in-depth classes. How, why and when does everything work like it does? What is behind the structures? Indication: 1 to 3 years of experience
Costs & registration
You can choose how many hours per week you want to dance:
1 hour per week: € 39 every 4 weeks
2 hours per week: € 69 every 4 weeks
3 hours per week: € 99 every 4 weeks
Unlimited regular classes: €129 (+ 50% discount on workshops) every 4 weeks
We work with automatic collection only.
